The Opportunity:

Responsible for working with HMI (shearing, bending, punching holes); GEKA (shear, punching holes,

The Team:

The role reports directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Follow company safety procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations, such as: wearing PPE.

• Review specifications and drawings to determine location, quantity and dimensions necessary ingredients.

• Production of metal parts according to drawings or instructions of managers.

• Assemble lifting equipment and rigging to move heavy equipment and materials.

• Pull and push the structural steel members into position for construction.

• Unload and place prefabricated steel blocks for lifting as needed.

• Cut the shelf pieces with a straight cut.

• Operate cranes, side lifts, forklifts and electric lifts.

• To carry out daily and periodic maintenance of equipment used in the department.

• Change punches and dies if necessary.

• Setting up the process of cutting small parts.

• Ensure accurate time allocation by task number for all completed tasks.

• Providing accurate documentation of all work performed.

• Be prepared to do cross training as directed and work in any position in manufacturing or shipping factory.

Qualification:

Education: Secondary or Secondary Education (GED): Required

Experience: From 6 months.
