As the visionary of Bonnaroo, Outside Lands and Clusterfest, the Superfly team is a creative and dedicated group of storytellers, content creators, strategists and experience creators. Our Superfly Internship Program provides invaluable practical experience for those who wish to work with a passionate group in a creative, dynamic and innovative environment. About our Virtual Internship Program:

This is a paid educational internship. As an apprentice, you will have a unique classroom experience. We provide the opportunity for trainees to learn and develop new skills to gain a deeper understanding of concepts through practical application. Working closely with their supervisor, interns explore their career fields, acquire new skills, and develop skills that can be used in the future.

Each trainee reports to the Superfly Division, which selects team members for practical training, supervision and mentorship. *Eligible applicants must be either enrolled or have recently graduated from a college or university.

As a Superfly trainee, you will learn and be a part of:

• Participation in brainstorming sessions and teamwork

• Search the web and publications for up-to-date news to share with the team

• Organize and store Superfly files, videos and contacts

• Participate in meetings and share notes between different teams

• Working with database managers to ensure data entry accuracy

• Assistance with administrative tasks for all departments

Your strengths/experience/interests include:

Our 2022 virtual internship will include opportunities in the following teams:

Superfly X:

The Superfly X team is led by longtime Superfly executives Steve Finer and Stacy Moscatelli, who are responsible for designing the activities and events from the ground up. The intern's role will focus on project management and assisting with branded activities such as Friend pop-ups in New York, Boston and Chicago. They will also be involved in research and outreach, helping to manage venues, event staff, vendors and service providers as needed.

Superfly X interns will work with the team on all aspects needed to bring the vision to life, including budget, client deck building, credentials and tickets, décor sourcing, cleaning, permits, production schedules. , venue layout, security, stage setting, talent ties, venue ties and more!

Vertical IP (New Business)

Our vertical IP team is led by co-founder Rick Farman and is primarily based on the West Coast. The role of the intern will be to help identify partnerships and brands that are reaching out to Superfly to help influence the culture. The team is responsible for determining Superfly's next strategic move, whether it's investing in the next generation of music startups or partnering with someone to improve the Superfly brand. This intern can work closely with our agency team in developing client results for an active business.

Ideal candidates will be immersed in the world of creative brands, earning huge bonus points for experience in social media, marketing, partnerships, sports, cannabis, music and technology.

MLBE (Location Based Music Entertainment)

The MLBE team is led by co-founder Carey Black and has been responsible for designing concerts and events from the start. These custom spaces will celebrate the legacy of popular artists as part of Superfly's overall musical strategy.

The intern's role will be to assist the team with all aspects of bringing the artist's vision to life, including budgeting, creating client decks, credentials and tickets, sourcing decorations, cleaning, obtaining permits (but not only). is not limited). , Production. Programs, Site Layout, Security, stage setting, talent ties, venue ties and more!
