Analysis of Concepts related to women's Marital Status and Reproductive health Part 2

After reviewing the arguments that were made from Islam to make women inferior, we will briefly examine the status and status of women in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Equally to man in terms of creation

The Qur'an al-Hakim states that in terms of creation, both men and women are equal. Both were created from a single soul.

Believing men and women are friends, well-wishers and sympathizers.

"Believing men and basic cognitive process girls are friends of every each other"

"Your wives are your clothing, and you are their clothing."

"Women are the other half of men."

That is, both man and woman are one body, one side of which is male and the other female.

Property rights and financial possessions

Islam has given property rights to women and these are the same rights as men have, namely employment, the right to earn and the right to spend as they wish. Rabbani says:

"What men earn is theirs and what women earn is theirs."

"Men have a share in the inheritance of parents and relatives, and women have a share in the inheritance, more or less. According to financial status.

"Give women their dowries gladly."

If a husband has given his wife lots of gold and later gets divorced, it is not permissible for him to take back the property from her.

"If you want to replace one wife with another, and you have given a lot of money to the first one, do not take anything back from her."

The purpose of the Qur'an is to give full property rights to women and there is no distinction between the property rights of men and women.

The right to marry oneself

The Qur'an has given the woman the right to marry herself. Concerning a divorced woman who has been granted three divorces by her husband, the Qur'an states that she cannot be lawful for her first husband unless she marries another man.

"Until she marries another man."

In another verse, a woman's guardians (parents / guardians) are told that if a woman wants to marry a man, you have no right to stop her:

فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ َنْ يَنْكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ. [27]

"Don't stop women from marrying their future life partners."

According to Sunan Abu Dawud, a young virgin woman came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and complained that her father had married her to his nephew without her consent. You called her father and the girl He was given the option to keep his marriage if he wished or to annul it.

Women's right to divorce

It is a mistake to assume that only men have the power to terminate the marriage contract and the woman is helpless in this regard. She can divorce him in the presence of witnesses and if the woman feels that she cannot live with her husband for any reason, then she can legally separate by returning the dowry to her husband.

Islam has given equal opportunities to both of them. Apart from these rules, there are numerous verses and hadiths in the Qur'an and Sunnah in which protection of women's rights, their honor and respect and kindness and benevolence towards them are repeatedly commanded. Gaya, for example, is the instruction of God:
 وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ([29])

"Live well with them."

"Women's rights are equivalent as their duties, in step with the constitution."

Similarly, the instructions of the Holy Prophet (sws) in this regard are clear, the Urdu translation of which is as follows:

• Only a respectable man respects women and only a lowly person insults them.

• The best of you is the one who is better with his wife and children and I am the best with my wife and children.

• A believing man should not hate a believing woman, if he dislikes a habit, he will like it.

• If a man has a daughter, he should not bury her alive, nor should he consider her inferior, nor should he prefer sons to her, then Allah will admit him to Paradise.

• The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to treat women so much that you say that I stand up to pray and think that I will recite it for a long time. Has been.

• Hazrat Aws Ansari came to Rasoolullah (peace be upon him). He had many daughters. He said: I have many daughters. I pray that they may die. He said: They are content with a little, they help in trouble, they take care of sickness, their burden is on the earth and their sustenance is from Allah.

After determining the status of women according to the Qur'an and Sunnah, the real question of the subject is whether the birth of children, appropriate intervals between them and their health and their upbringing, training, sustenance and other responsibilities. In view of the fact that a woman has a right under Islam to follow the methods of family planning or any such action is not legal.
