Description of the work

In this role, you will provide product support to users who use the social media platform. Our social media support consultants help clients with navigation, best use cases, troubleshooting and ensuring continuous improvement for our clients.

A day in the Life

• Ensure that all services provided comply with Contractual Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs").

• Clarification of customer/user requirements; Explore how to use decision support tools and resources to resolve non-standard/unstructured customer issues, need clarification or conceptualization

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of customer products and/or services

• Resolve timing issues that may affect campaigns, advertising and marketing.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to payments and payment sources

• Ensure that advertising campaigns comply with all legal requirements, which may include costs to the advertiser and the organization.

• Ensure active and ongoing communication with users as the problem develops throughout its lifetime.

• Navigate internal stakeholder requirements for Standard Helpdesk and Escalation Helpdesk.

The skills you'll need to succeed with us:

• Ability to track all phone, email, and chat communications, as well as communications with other members of the internal support team.

• Ability to independently diagnose and report routine and unusual issues and proceed as needed.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to clearly document complex errors and the steps to reproduce them.

• Intelligent thinking, proven track record in helping users navigate customers' online solutions platform tools

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize urgency within the scope of the task assigned.

• Tolerance for repetitive work in a dynamic and efficient work environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as well as in a team

• Demonstrate patience in all interactions with customers, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone, both written and oral.

Minimum Requirements/Additional Information:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least one year of social media experience required

• Additional customer care service, technical knowledge, call center and sales experience preferred.

• Ability to rotate shifts as needed - flexibility for morning, evening and possibly night shifts

• Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge

• Ability to work in multitasking mode; including the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change

• A quiet, distraction-free place to work in your home.

• To be sure that your home Internet speed meets our requirements, you must be eligible to complete an Internet speed test.

• Equipment provided while working from home, which must be returned in the event of dismissal

• An employee may be asked to use his/her personal computer/tablet during the first week of working from home during the briefing while dispatching the equipment.
