Job Description:
Responsible for all office work performed in the department and assists his supervisor with necessary administrative work. Know the requirements for the design of works, protocols and reports. Apply rules of courtesy when attending visits and calls from employees and the general public. Uses appropriate methods/styles to develop team spirit and collaboration. Maintains established privacy standards by providing information related to your office/department. Drive safely and comply with safety rules and regulations with all the equipment under your supervision. Influence events to complete tasks; motivated and takes initiative, taking action to achieve goals/objectives beyond what is required. Demonstrates effective time management skills that improve productivity and profitability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in workplace systems administration or equivalent.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Minimum experience of 2 (two) years in a similar position
• Skills in preparing reports, reports and presentations.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Good interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge of computer systems and office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, phone booths and any related equipment.
