Solution To Marital Problems | Part 1

Every parent wants their child to have a good life partner; So parents try their best to find the best partner for their children. Alhamdulillah in our society the family system is still strong and the divorce rate seems to be lower than in many other countries Relationships seem to be deprived of real happiness despite being attached to marriage. Many people also complain about the inconsistency of the relationship when asked and many people describe the life before marriage as a life based on pleasant memories and interpret the life after marriage as a tragedy. There are many causes of social inequality in our society that need to be considered with a cold heart. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions. In this regard, the Islamic Shari'ah has guided the people of Islam towards many points by which the life of the day of marriage and the life to come after it can be filled with happiness and bliss. After considering the family problems in the society, the following causes of deterioration come to light:

1. Marriage Without the Consent of a Boy or a Girl

Many parents in our society marry off their children without considering their wishes Not ready. After studying the hadiths, it is clear that the consent of the children, especially the consent of the daughters, should be given special importance in this regard. The following is a hadith in this regard:

There is a hadith in Sahih Bukhari that one of the women of Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with her) feared that her guardian (whom she was raising) would marry her while she disliked this marriage. So he sent two sheikhs of the Ansar tribe, Abdul Rehman and Majma, who were the sons of Jariya, to reassure them not to be afraid because Khansa bint Khadzam was married off by his father despite his dislike. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had rejected this marriage.

2. Marriage Without the Consent of the Guardian

One of the major reasons for the deterioration of the family in our society is that some people try to marry the girl without the consent of the guardian because of preference and many people resort to judicial means. They work. Since such marriages do not involve the patronage of both the families, the boy and the girl are unable to cope with the ups and downs of post-marital life without the support of the families and are often unable to cope with the difficulties that arise Due to this differences between husband and wife also start to arise. Therefore, a girl should always get married with the consent of her parents or guardians. Such marriages have been declared wrong in Shariah without the consent of the guardian. An important hadith in this regard is as follows:

There is a hadith in Musnad Ahmad, Jami Tirmidhi, Sunan Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and Darmi that Hazrat Abu Musa narrates from the Holy Prophet that he said: Marriage does not take place without the permission of the guardian. Similarly, in a hadith, marriage without a guardian has been declared invalid. Therefore, the young boys and girls of our society should keep in mind that marriage should not take place without the consent of the guardian.
