Syntactic elements of the family

In this Article we will discuss Syntactic elements of the family

Supremacy

Ibn Jarir Tabari writes in his commentary on the verse:

The men of Ahl al-Qayyam Ali Nisa'am, in their discipline and taking Ali Idhan Fima, it is obligatory for them to be with Allah and the self-understanding. Almighty Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, may He be glorified and exalted.

"The supremacy of man over woman means that man have the right to teach their life partner good manners, fulfill the duties of Almighty Allah and force them to obey them." Why is that?"

This is because Allah Almighty has given superiority to some over others. That is, men have been given superiority over their wives by Allah Almighty because they have all the responsibilities, whether they are alimony and living, whether they are paying their dowry and I have protected them, Allah Almighty has given them to the men. "
If the interpretation of the above verse is considered in depth, then what is gained from them is that the family system, if it can be adorned with prosperity and prosperity and can get rid of degradation and degradation, then its Therefore, it is necessary to hand over the sovereignty and leadership of the family system to men because Allah Almighty has declared them strong. They have been taught jihad and fighting for the sake of family, clan, tribe, society and defense of religion and promotion of religion and has declared Hajj as "jihad" of women.
Men are also privileged in terms of intelligence and vision as they work together to understand family traditions and family unity for the survival and stability of the family system, ignoring all forms of family segregation. Thus, the family becomes a force to be reckoned with, which contributes to the development of the positive traditions of the Islamic family.

Male and female children, parents and other family members are the main components of the family.

The position of a woman in the family

A woman is a cell of the family system, without which it is impossible to imagine a family. This woman has been a sufferer of oppression for a long time. Although nature made him as alive and conscious as a man, he was treated like lifeless clay idols. In the game, she could win and lose, she had to be burned at the stake along with the corpse of her husband. She had no idea about her marital rights and did not think to make a decision before being bound by marriage. Before Islam, women had even worse conditions in which they lived a helpless life. Where there is this helpless state of an important family unit, the word "happiness" remains meaningless. The colors of the family are crumbling.

For the first time this was proclaimed by Islam.

"Know that your rights over women are the same as your rights over men."

Just as women rights, She has an opinion, and the law respects her opinion. She was recognized as the heiress of her parents, husband and children. They play their part and fight for more rights. From the emerging forms of freedom, the woman, of course, has benefited to some extent individually, but this has had a devastating effect on the institution of the family.

Marriage and divorce

The most important part of the family is actually the relationship between a man and a woman. It is in this context that the size of the family increases and stability is achieved through this. These relationships are both the satisfaction of individual needs and the source of collective well-being. As for divorce, it occurs in almost all societies. In some societies, divorce is not allowed and marital relations are considered indestructible, Christian and Hindu societies are cited as an example. Western secular society has rejected this notion of Christianity and allowed women to divorce, and now divorce is rampant in Western society. And suffering from a terminal illness and so forth. All religions have recognized this, and because of this society has avoided chaos.

Divorce is an undesirable thing that can only be accepted under duress, but in the modern age it has been made into a toy. On the one hand, the woman became unreliable, on the other hand, the foundations of the family system were shaken. It's human nature, sometimes you have to force someone to end a relationship. Therefore, these connections and disconnections are an important part of human life.

Children's education

After the relationship between a man and a woman in the family, the most important thing is the upbringing of children and caring for the elders, so they received special care. Each family was considered honorable because it raised children. And some ignorant Arab tribes buried girls alive. But Islam has interpreted the education of boys and girls as worship and charity. Regarding the education of girls, Hazrat Ayesha Siddique says:

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever is tempted to raise daughters and tolerates them, then these daughters will become a shield between him and the fire.”

In Islam, the one who brings up daughters is declared worthy of a reward. The nature of child rearing has also changed with social development. The children's education included agricultural education, vocational skills, military training, and religious education. He is accustomed to consider his specific moral principles necessary for learning. Thanks to the modern industrial society, life has become more complex and expansive, so raising children has become difficult, but now children are considered a burden because now children do not have financial support. Nowadays, parenting is hated and many children are transforming.
